Francis Dearnley was educated at Cambridge and worked as a Chief of Staff at the Houses of Parliament. He has written articles for The Telegraph among other publications, and authored speeches delivered in the House of Commons. He was invited to speak to students, charities, and officials at HM Treasury and is currently in the final stages of a book highlighting the cultural and political disenfranchisement of the young in Europe.
